Hey Hey Hey!
Glad you stopped by the site (again)! So you may have seen Julia on TV today in North America on NBC and thought to stop on by… you may have seen her profile that talked about her Kilimanjaro adventure.

We thought it would be fitting to show you the short film we did to chronicle the groups experience.

Enjoy the show and we hope it drives you to seek your own adventure and push your own limits.

Mahalo Maui! Hello Mainland…

Aloha Everyone!

Well, my time on Maui and my last full time dryland training (well, if you consider surfing dryland training… haha) is coming to a close. Last day before I cruise on out to the mainland and to Copper Mountain for on-snow training.

Yeah, you heard right, I will not be going to Levi this weekend for various reasons, so you’ll just have to hang tight to see me until Aspen. Looking forward to that one though!

The North America leg of the tour doesn’t really even feel like the World Cup Ski seasons somehow. It’s only when I get to Europe that it starts feeling like the journey has begun and we’re hunkered down for the winter. Maybe that’s because tropical Maui lingers in my bones for a bit, or I just feel so at home in North America, not sure…

Anyway, besides getting a lot of necessary body treatment from Samantha (you’ll be amazed how complicated the body is and how different muscles will compensate for other muscles that aren’t working right… I learn so much from Sam) and a lot of in-gym time, trying to get my explosiveness up to snuff. In my spare time, I went biking a few times and then of course surfing as well. The waves have been pretty good since I’ve been back for the 2 weeks and I definitely took advantage.

Ohhh and then I signed fan autographs… I signed so many that I just had to make this video on my FLIP camera… check it out!

Check back soon!

Ciao,
Jules
