After the Olympics were over and done with, Julia headed back down to Vancouver for media interviews and then further down to her hometown Squaw area, where she had a huge bash at Northstar.

News said 11th national title tops 55 year old record of Andrea Mead Lawrence, like, "the first" U.S women's skier-plus 3 olympic medals record for U.S. women. Jules must be pretty good-"or something like that". Some class of U.S. skiers happening now with Bodie, Ligety & Vonn also. At this rate Vonn would break Anne Marie Moser Proell's overall world cup record in like 3-4 years.

Outstanding video. Congratulations to the GS-title. Been a week in Stockholm longing to get home tomorrow evening only to return with the night-train Sunday night for two days then I'm off for 1.5 weeks fishing, can't wait.
