Five TRX exercises to keep your low back happy
Thanks to my NKP teacher, I would like to share with you some easy exercises you can try at home that will help strengthen your lower back and stabilize your hips. Repeat each exercise 5-10 times. 1. I never knew it would be so hard to train myself to walk again!! Two months non-weight-bearing and then getting the feel for my leg again has been quite an adventure! I am learning so much about the importance of the little muscles we take for granted! I am so fortunate to have my trainer down on her first working "vacation" ever!
