Its been a tough decision for me but today I am going in for surgery on my hip. Ive always had to stay on top of my health, and I believe it all stemmed from a crash I had b
ack in 2003. For those of you who arent familiar with my racing career, I had surgery on my town labrum back in 2006 after I won gold in the Olympics. Since then there have been ups and downs, but in the end, its really been a great tool for teaching me how to preserve and treat my body with respect. I have never missed a season in my career so this will be a good time for me to learn even more and come back stronger!
